Subject: Complaint regarding the faulty camera
Dear Sir,
I have purchased Sony DSC WS70 Cyber Shot camera from your shoppe on 2nd January, 2020 but unfortunately this camera model has not performed as expected. I am getting terribly blurred pictures out of camera. Your firm has a good reputation and therefore I am surprised about the selling defective camera.
I believe the defective camera should be replaced under the terms of warranty at your earliest. I trust you would do action quickly and inform me what you propose to do.
